Projects can often develop a “life of their own”, diverging from their original scope and intention and failing to deliver the planned for improvements

Project health checks enable a review of a project’s status and its continued contribution towards the business benefits that were anticipated at the time of its inception

We can deploy a number of methodologies including Gateway ^TM reviews to help clients satisfy themselves that the projects they are implementing are properly configured and will deliver the results that the business case defined

We can:

Review the project’s business case and current status
Examine the project management structure and regime
Evaluate the project success criteria and surrogate markers chosen to track them and review if those objectives will be met
Recommend remedial actions (if necessary) to recover any divergence from the project’s stated aims and objectives and the business case
In extremis, provide resources to recover projects “in trouble”
