The Association for Project Management (APM) is the UK’s principle Project Management Professional Organisation and is the largest member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA)
The purpose of the assignment was to assist APM in the publication of a book, detailing best practice guidance and learning, covering the (then) 42 areas of the "Body of Knowledge" (BoK). The BoK is considered the definitive scope of domain knowledge that all good project managers should have. Work on the project involved;

Defining topic briefs against which authors could write their chapters

Implementing peer group review processes for topic briefs and submitted texts

Designing page and cover layouts and preparing artwork

Sub-editing the volume and coordinating arrangements for typesetting and print production. Distribution mechanisms were also established, before handing over to APM publications for implementation
The initial print run is now sold out and the book has become a worldwide, academic best seller.
